Dear Dries,

We have appointments Monday 6 Feb at 1130, 1200, 1230; we could squeeze you in at 0900 if necessary. Afternoon of 6 Feb is free. No vacancies on 7 Feb.

No need to fast (ie avoid food) unless it is your first medical after your 40th birthday.

Kind regards,

David Tallent

Dear Madam, Sir,

I'd like to book an appointment for an ATPL Class 1 renewal. I currently hold a Belgian Class 1 but have held a UK Class 1 in the past ('06) and I am employed by easyJet.

Can you arrange an appointment on the morning of either 6 or 7 February? Am I required to be sober (no food) for this examination?

Best regards,

Dries Schouteden
